I thoroughly enjoyed taking part and found it extremely informative. Bruce Wall brought the era and people into focus by painting a metaphorical picture of a Shakespearean production, the words and their meaning delivered to a rowdy Elizabethan audience.
The event sparked new friendships among many who attended and gave everyone the opportunity to join in. I am happy to recommend this event.

Thank you very much for inviting me to the Shakespeare Drama Workshop. Two words to describe it: Magnificently Brilliant.
Why? Empowering, freeing, enjoyable, fun, engaging, informative, educational, in my view. It would be amazing to have more.

It has been the best thing I have engaged in since I have been at Leyhill – knees, head and shoulders above the rest.

What a surprising and refreshing afternoon that was. I am quite sure that no-one attending the event had ever expected, let alone experienced, anything quite like it before.
Bruce, our host, […] presented the ‘show’ in the most vibrant, one might say, electrifying way. It was a little challenging at first, maybe because we were somewhat taken aback […] I can say that I learned a lot, in terms of how to form our thoughts and deliver them in the most effective way. [Bruce’s] positivity was, as I said before, electrifying and infectious.
The day was without doubt not to be missed and [Bruce] should be praised for the efforts, a real eye-opener.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself […] despite being taken out of my comfort zone. It was both delivered and received very well.
I couldn’t believe just how much of a laugh it ended up being plus what a great stress reliever it was. What a great way to remove yourself from prison life.
Some of the best hours that I’ve spent in prison. Whilst explaining the silly games to family and some of the lads on the wing – especially the bunny game – they had to wait whilst I stopped laughing.
THEY NEED TO BROUGHT BACK FOR AN ENCORE.

The session was a marvellous few hours with someone who knew what he was about […] It was a refreshing change from the coils of the prison house. Everyone was transported into a different world of positivity.

First I thought it was going to be boring. After that I enjoyed all the activities and all the people were getting involved and enjoying it.

I enjoyed playing not only a complete Fool but enjoying myself with it. I think it’s a great idea and there was some great guys there that day.
